Our Quality Process
From the river to your aquarium, every step is designed to minimize stress and maximize survival.
1. Sustainable Collection
We work directly with riverside communities. Fish are collected seasonally, strictly respecting natural bans and breeding seasons.
2. Quarantine & Treatment
Upon arrival at our facility, fish undergo a strict period of acclimation and prophylactic deworming supervised by our biologists.
3. Professional Packaging
We use treated water, pure oxygen, and IATA-certified thermal boxes to guarantee a safe transit of 48+ hours.
